In this chapter, the concept, origin, development, service, category and operation of international factoring are discussed. The second chapter describes the difference between international factoring and other related finance products. This chapter also analyzes the benefit that international factoring can bring to importer, exporter and the factor. Based on an all-side analysis of the history and development of the international factoring in our country, the third chapter analyzes the necessity to develop international factoring in our country and the risk we will face. At the last part of this chapter some of good suggestions are put forward.
本文共分三章，第一章为国际保理业务概述，概括介绍国际保理业务的概念、起源、发展以及服务、种类、运作等概念性问题；第二章从国际保理业务对交易各方的利弊入手，将国际保理业务与出口信用保险、托收、信用证、福费廷等其它业务进行了比较分析，总结了国际保理业务的诸多优点；第三章在对我国国际保理业务现状进行全面分析的基础上，阐明了我国发展国际保理业务的必要性及所面临的风险，进而对发展我国保理业务提出建议。

In the second, this dissertation will study the legal characterization of international factoring, which concludes that the assignment of rights over accounts receivable from the manufacturer to the factor is the essence of international factoring. With the fundamental established, Chapter Three will discuss the special problems in the operation of international factoring with the theories of debt assignment.
