In this paper, LDPE/CaCO 3 blends and LDPE/SBS blends were mixed by disc mixing extruder and single screw extruder, and dispersion degree and unifromity of blends were studied by micrograph and photograph analysis set. The result shown that disc mixing extruder was more better than single screw extruder and inset disc extruder was better than spiral disc extruder in mixing effect.
