This paper through literature review, analyzed the relation about the women's role-attitude with the WFC, WFF and subjective well-being.
本文通过回顾以往研究，分析了女性角色态度与WFC、WFF和主观幸福感之间的关系。
The items of WFC were involved in time-based conflict, strain-based conflict and behavior-based conflict as indicated by Greenhaus et al. The items of FWC were involved in time-based conflict and strain-based conflict, but no behavior-based conflict. The items of WFF and FWF were involved in the work to family development, work to family affect, work to family capital, family to work development, family to work affect, and family to work efficiency as indicated by Carlson et al.(2)Migrant workers experienced infrequent conflict between work and family, but relatively frequent facilitation between work and family.(3)Migrant workers with different background (migrate with parents/parents-in-law or not, migrate with all children or not, different education background, working years, working hours, living time in immigrant areas, living condition in immigrant areas and so on) had differences in the level of four dimensions of work-family relationships.
通过上述研究工作，本论文得出下述主要结论：(1)在西方文化背景下提出的工作—家庭关系的四维结构模型，即工作—家庭关系包括工作对家庭的冲突、家庭对工作的冲突、工作对家庭的促进和家庭对工作的促进这四个维度在我国的家庭式迁移农民工中也得到了验证，然而，家庭式迁移农民工工作—家庭关系的具体表现形式具有一定特殊性：他们的WFC的表现形式涉及Greenhaus等描述的基于时间、基于压力、基于行为的冲突；FWC的表现形式涉及基于时间、基于压力的冲突，但没有涉及基于行为的冲突；WFF的表现形式涉及Carlson等描述的发展促进、情感促进和心理资本促进，FWF的表现形式涉及Carlson等描述的发展促进、情感促进和效率促进。
Job autonomy had a negative effect on FWC, but marital disagreements, spouse demands and other family demands had a positive effect on FWC. Job insecurity had a negative effect on WFF, but job autonomy, coworkers and spouse support had a positive effect on WFF.
3具有不同老人随迁情况、子女留守情况、受教育程度、工龄、本人在迁入地生活时间、平均每天工作时间和迁入地居住状况等的农民工在工作—家庭关系的不同维度上存在差异。
The difference was significant (P＜0.05) while compare the curative effect on ulcer areas in control group of WFF with that in cured groups, and the effect was the best in the mid-dose group (P＜0.01).④ The levels of GAS in serum were higher in cured groups of WFF than those in model group and control group. But the difference was not significant.⑤The level of EGF in WWF groups decreased, mid-dose group had the best effect（P＜0.01〕.ConclusionThere is evident therapeutic effect of WWF on PU.
结果①镜下可见维胃方治疗的大鼠胃黏膜造模处溃疡愈合情况较好，其中以中剂量组的效果最好；②模型组与各用药组比较，胃液pH值变化明显（P＜0.05）；③而在溃疡面积的治疗效果比较中，维胃方各治疗组与对照组相比较有显著意义（P＜0.05），其中以维胃方中剂量组值最小，疗效最好〔（0.76±0.30）mm2，P＜0.01〕；④维胃方治疗的3组大鼠血清GAS均数都高于模型组和对照组，但其差异并无统计学意义；⑤而经维胃方治疗的大鼠血清EGF水平均有所降低，其中以维胃方中剂量组治疗效果最显著〔（0.252 5±0.549 7 ng/ml，P＜0.01〕。
Spouse support, coworkers support, and skill demands had a positive effect on FWF.(5)WFC had a negative effect on job satisfaction and a positive effect on turnover intention. FWC had a negative effect on family satisfaction, a positive effect on both poor physical and psychological health. Both WFF and FWF had a positive effect on job satisfaction and family satisfaction.
4体能要求、婚姻分歧显著正影响WFC；配偶支持显著负影响WFC；婚姻分歧、配偶要求和家人要求显著正影响FWC；决策自主性显著负影响FWC；决策自主性、同事支持和配偶支持显著正影响WFF；工作不安全感显著负影响WFF；配偶支持、同事支持、技能要求显著正影响FWF。
WFF contained development facilitation, affect facilitation and capital facilitation.
而WFF包括发展促进、情感促进和心理资本促进三个维度。
Knowledge workers with different personal situations had different influence on job demands, job resources, WFC, WFF and subjective well-being.
知识型员工自身的不同背景（婚姻、双职业夫妇、需要照顾的孩子或老人、年收入和职务等情况）对工作要求、工作资源、WFC、WFF和主观幸福感的影响有显著的差异。
