Based on the potential flow theory of ideal fluid, a boundary element method using Rankine source potential function as basis function is adopted in this paper. Triangular patches are applied to approach ship hulls. A numerical method for calculating physics parameters of flow fields over ship hulls is presented by distributing sources with linearly varying strength over these patches.
本文以理想流体的势流理论为基础，采用以Rankine源势函数为基函数的边界元法，引入微平面三角形来逼近船体表面，并求其几何要素，在三角形面元上布置强度为线性分布的源汇，给出计算实船表面流场各物理量的数值计算方法、经用Wigley数学船型验证，其结果合理可靠。
In this framework, the theory of occlusion layers is introduced to represent target occlusion partial order which is determined using the appearance features and velocity features in target overlapping patches. Then the target non-occlusion parts can be obtained according to the target occlusion relation and target states. Occlusion target is described by the combination of appearance features and velocity features. The traditional mean shift tracking algorithm is improved to estimate target position using appearance histograms and velocity histograms. The probabilities of all the target scale changes at current time are predicted according to target scales changes at previous time.
