通过对不同原料和面密度的水刺非织造布做基本的性能测试和分析发现；原料的配比对产品机械性能影响很大；不同面密度时，水刺非织造布面密度越大纵横向强力越大，纵横向强力比也越大；面密度越大，缠结系数也越大，但成网速度越大，缠结系数有减小的趋势；杂乱辊速度越大，杂乱效果越好，但是超过一定范围会破坏纤维，造成产品质量下降；产品面密度可由喂入罗拉速度控制，其精确性很高；回花率随成网速度提高而提高，这也是高速高产梳理机所需要解决的问题。
The surface and the interfaces morphology of the multilayer coatings were observed using scanning electron microscopy. The weight gain of the coatings was weighed using precision mechanical balance. The tensile strength of the multilayer was determinated by mechnical testing machine.
