This paper analyzes the hidden danger s in high voltage power supply of the ELA-120/6 electron beamwelding machine, and proposes two countermeasures:one is to redesign the fuel tank control circuit, but use operation regulations to solve the problems; another is install parallel connecting discharge resistor on high voltage capacitor.
