In our studies, it was found that zeolite Beta can be synthesized in the non-nucleation region in the presence of a certain amount of mother liquid. Basing on the result, the structure directing agent for synthesis of zeolite Beta was found for the first time, only small amount of TEAOH was required in the synthesis of zeolite Beta. There are many advantages for the synthesis of zeolite Beta by using the structural directing agent, including the simple preparation and long life time of structural directing agent, small amount of TEAOH used in the synthesis of zeolite Beta, the short crystallization time. The micro-crystal nucleus of zeolite Beta was determined in the structural directing agent. It is considered that the micro-crystal nucleus play an important role in the crystallization of zeolite Beta. The results of physical chemical analysis suggests that the tetrahedron chemical group consisted of hydrated Na〓 and TEAOH may have the templating effect for the formation of the micro-crystal nucleus of zeolite Beta. Further, the presence of other organic molecules in the synthetic system has large effect on the formation of zeolite Beta.
在研究中我们首次发现可以利用合成Beta沸石时的母液为晶化导向物质,在Beta沸石的非成核区合成出Beta沸石在此基础上我们又发现了Beta沸石导向剂,而且Beta沸石导向剂制备简单,在室温下寿命很长(已考察的时间为60天)利用导向剂法合成Beta沸石,合成体系中所含有机模板剂的量很少仅为加入少量导向剂时的带入量,合成体系中(TEA〓O/Al〓O〓=0.33,大大降低了Beta沸石的合成成本,更适用于互业化生产,在用导向剂法合成Beta沸石过程中,我们发现Beta沸石导向剂中已存在Beta沸石微晶核,是这种微晶核起结构导向作用在非Beta沸石成核区合成出Beta沸石,并进一步证明了Beta沸石属液相成核机理,且提出Beta沸石微晶核形成过程中水合Na〓离子和TEAOH分子的正电四面体模板效应,即由水合Na〓离子和TEAOH分子形成的化学集团在Beta沸石成核过程中起结构导向作用,同时我们还在小分子胺,醇胺和醇的半水体系中成功地合成出Beta沸石。
