In thesis, we presented a burst-mode laser driver with automatic extinction ratio control. It improved single-loop-automatic power control method`s drawbacks, and used a novel dual-loop-automatic-power control method to realize the burst-mode laser driver. With the novel control method, laser diode`s optical power ratio for representing data 1 and data 0 can be controlled exactly in different temperature. Besides a novel structure, in circuit design, in order to have a fast power locking speed we included a dual-band switch. The aim is to utilize that wide band case has fast power locking speed, and narrow band case has high exact ER control ability. Finally, as for optical testing aspect, laser`s current driving ability is different for turning on and turning off case, and then it might cause optical eye diagram to be dissymmetrical. So, for canceling this problem, we also included a pre-distortion skill to get a symmetrical eye diagram in pre-driver stage.

In the former, the main factor is character, which is penetrated by the other two factors, and we give the main index of MAPE of the students on the basis of the Structural Model of MAPE. We design the students'and teachers'questionnaire table separately. Senior high school students are the main objects of research Ⅰ, in which we make the following research: study the development of MAPE and it's characters, compare the MAPE and it's characters between boys and girls in senior high school, the key schools and common schools, make correlation analysis on the characters from the investigation data; research Ⅳ mainly aim at the teachers of senior high school, in which we discuss the current situation of MAPE of students; in research Ⅱ we separately design the test questions of experiment manipulation. Through applying the clinic testing, otherwise, we make original creation of expressions of the level of MAPE in which the level of the PEMA is determined by manipulation speed、manipulation quality and the percent of legitimacy in manipulation, etc. Through the clinic test on senior high school, we discuss the rank of the level of PEMA and the development of it's index; in research Ⅲ, according to the theory of four phases about motor skill of Feng zhong liang, we examine the forming period of MAPE in the clinic test.
