Results: 38 schizophrenic patients showed disability in six items of the SDSS ⅰ, the scores of which were positively correlated with the course of illness, duration and number of hospitalisation, and negatively correlated with the duration of home leave and training in work and recreational therapy.
结果：38例患者SDSS－Ⅰ的6个项目有缺陷，SDSS－Ⅰ评分与病期、住院时间、次数评分呈正相关，与假出院天数、参加工娱疗天数呈负相关。
Conclusion: Engagement in work and recreational therapy, shortening of hospitalisation and increased contact with sociaty may minimise social disability in chronic schizophrenic patients.
