With the development of the computer technique, it can carry out the calculator emulation that annoys the quenching to the vacuum high pressure. This paper uses the Gambit software to establish several models of workpieces and vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace, then use the large calculation hydrodynamics software Fluent difference to the same pressure, different air and the same race gas, the circumstance of different pressure carries on the calculation simulation, thus can get the temperature field of the quenching workpieces under various work condition, the contour of flow field, the end, finds out the reasonable quenching gases and the quenching conditions, guiding to experiment the work in the theories, reducing the blindness of experiment.
利用Gambit软件建立几何模型，再用大型计算流体动力学软件Fluent分别对同一压力，不同气体以及同种气体，不同压力等情况进行计算模拟，从而得到各种工况下淬火工件的温度分布，流场分布，通过对模拟计算结果的分析，找出合理淬火气体和淬火条件，从理论上指导试验工作，减少试验的盲目性，为提高淬火性能提供科学的理论依据。
