The development and performance of the low-fluid-loss and anti-channeling oil well cement additive DWA-Ⅰ is introduced. DWA-Ⅰ is synthesized by means of polyacrylamide, polyacrylonitrile and poval muti-hydrolysising, sulfonating, oxidating, then adding citrate. DWA-Ⅰ's effect on cement particle's absorbability, hydrability, Zeta current potential and DWA-Ⅰ cement slurry's low-fluid-loss, early-strengthening, micro-expansion, right angle viscosity ability are studied.
由聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯醇多元水解、磺化、氧化,加入柠檬酸盐等制成DWA-Ⅰ,研究了DWA-Ⅰ对水泥颗粒的吸附、水化、Zeta电位的影响和DWA-Ⅰ水泥浆的低失水、早强、微膨胀、直角稠化的性能。
