For subjective sound quality evaluation, a detailed analysis about binary codes and frequencies of sound samples in different formats when being storing is processed, and then loudness, sharpness and roughness of samples in terms of Wav and Mp3 formats are calculated based on Moore's model. A subjective comparison of similarity shows that sound samples stored in Wav and Mp3 can be applied in the subjective sound quality evaluation.
