Considering the effects of saturation, pole shape and magnetization mode, some important coefficients including the effective pole-arc coefficient, the effective armature length, the leakage coefficient, the air-gap coefficient, the effictive housing length, and the effective magnetic circuit length of stator yoke, among which the last three are put forward firstly in this dissertation, are analyzed by 2D FEM, and a series of useful curves are given. The air-gap field distribution of PMSM, which is the basis of the calculation of commutation performance, is studied by analytical method.
考虑磁路饱和、磁极形状和充磁方式等因素的影响,利用电磁场数值解法对电磁计算中的有关系数,包括计算极弧系数、电枢计算长度、漏磁系数、气隙系数、机壳计算长度和定子轭部磁路计算长度修正系数等进行了分析研究,给出了工程实用的曲线,首次提出了单位端部漏磁系数、机壳计算长度和定子轭部磁路计算长度修正系数的概念;利用解析法分析了永磁起动机电机气隙磁场分布,给出了电枢表面气隙磁密的解析计算方法,据此可进行换向性能的计算。
