The following work is completed in this paper. Analyzing the types and affecting factors of the floor water invasion, this paper makes certain of the reason of the water invasion in the floor. This paper applies the fracture mechanics theory, the elastic-plasticity theory and the finite element method to resolve the damage depth, the transferring character of the stress and the utmost pressure of water invasion in the floor of the water-resisting layer in the coal seam with the complex effect of the mining pressure and the water pressure in the floor water-resisting layers. In addition, the resolution is put into the extract project of the 3629 working face in Zhu zhuang Coal mine forecasting the water invasion in the floor which plays an important guiding role in mining this working face safely.
本文主要开展了如下几个方面的工作：分析底板突水类型及影响因素，确定底板突水的原因；运用断裂力学理论、弹塑性理论及有限元方法解析煤层底板隔水层在采动矿压及底板含水层水压的复合作用下的破坏深度、应力传播特征、底板突水极限压力，并将解析解应用于朱庄煤矿3629工作面底板突水预测的实际工程中，对该面实现安全回采起到了重要指导作用；利用相似材料模型及大型有限元软件对煤层底板岩层应力分布规律和底板移动破坏特征进行了模拟，分析了煤层底板突水的机理及底板岩层的突水破坏规律。

The results indicate that the electrode degradation mechanism is basically caused by deformation at electrode tip and wear due to fracture of local welding between the electrode tip face and sheet happened at electrode surface during micro-resistance spot welding of nickel-plated steel to nickel sheet. The electrode tip life of CuCrZr electrode with TiC coating (1200 welds) doubles that of CuCrZr electrode (600 welds), because the TiC particles contained in the coating deposits can prevent local welding between the electrode surface and nickel-plated steel, then decrease the deformation of electrode surface.

In the second part of the dissertation, the delimiting method of the stope width mining on high pressure aquifer is decided for the example of 9103 stope in Dong Pang Coal Mine. The critical stress intensity factor is tested applying the hydraulic fracture technique. The technique of monitoring face floor water bursting indications is researched on the basis of studying the practical hydrogeology and engineering geology condition. The 9103 stope is monitored for 21 days. The monitoring data is analyzed applying the Reissner board bending fracture theory, and the floor stress intensity factor is computed. Applying the floor water bursting criterion of fracture mechanics, it is concluded that the stope water bursting will not arise. The mining practice of the stope proves the conclusion right.
论文第二部分结合东庞矿9103工作面的带压开采，研究了底板工作面斜长的确定方法；利用水压致裂技术求得了底板临界应力强度因子，结合工作面的实际水文地质工程地质条件研究了底板突水前兆实时监测技术，监测的项目包括应力、应变水压、水温，对9103工作面进行了21天的监测，利用第一部分的研究成果对监测数据处理，计算了底板裂隙应力强度因子，运用断裂力学突水判别标准，判断9103工作面不会突水，9103工作面实际回采结果与此相符。
