Data used in this research are drawn from the Survey of Family Income and Expenditure in 2006. The study first uses the Tobit model and the OLS model to estimate the impacts of different household factors on family cultural expenditure. In addition, we analyze the data according to Financial Data Center to calculate the incidence of the clause.
我们利用民国95年「台湾地区家庭收支调查表」的资料做实证分析，计量方法上采用Tobit模型与OLS模型，估计家户所得、家庭成员的教育程度、年龄、所从事的行业别等因素与个人文艺支出之间的关系，另外我们透过仿照财税资料中心的申报方式，将资料作进一步处理，设算草案实施后租税优惠之归宿。
