According to the features of UHVDC power transmission lines, the broken conductor model for bundled conductors of continuous span is built by finite element software ABAQUS, and through the simulation of conductor breakage happened in continuous spans the swing amplitude of V-shaped insulator strings, the impact load and the broken conductor load of phase conductors are obtained.
