In order to ameliorate the hydrophility and dispersion behavior of chemical fibers and improve the binding strength between the fibers or fibers-composite materials, several surface treatment methods of fibers (PET fiber, aramid fiber, PBO fiber, UHMWPE fiber) are summarized in this paper, these methods provide a new way for their application in paper industry.

In this article, we purified a natural lectin FC-L from the plasma of F. chinensis by affinity chromatography. The characterization, tissue localization, expression after challenged by different pathogens and their relations were also analyzed. A natural lectin from the plasma of the shrimp F. chinensis was purified by singlestep affinity chromatography using fetuin-coupled agarose.
