This paper studied some aspects of the mechanism of apoptosis induced by cadmium: 1 Disequilibrium of calcium homeostasis and apoptosis induced by cadmium in SD rat kidney cells Under the condition of 37 and 5% CO2, SD rat kidney cells was incubated in FD medium with different concentrations of cadmium and sodium selenite plus cadmium, then the apoptosis was detected by using acridine orange/ethidium bromide double fluorescent dye staining, and the free calcium concentration in cells was detected by using fluorescent indicator fluo-3 as the probe.
本文对镉诱导细胞凋亡发生的机制做了如下的研究：1 镉引起SD大鼠肾细胞的凋亡及钙稳态的失调在37℃C、5％CO_2条件下，离体SD大鼠肾细胞分别在含不同浓度氯化镉和亚硒酸钠加氯化镉的FD培养液中孵育3h后，用吖啶橙／溴乙锭双荧光染色法检测细胞的凋亡率，以Fluo-3／AM为探针研究胞内游离钙离子浓度的变化。
