This paper investigates the application of Grey Model and Nonlinear Grey Bernoulli Model to predict the occupational disaster rate per thousandth of the whole industry and construction industry by using the data from Council of Labor Affairs database during the period of 1993-2006. Three criteria, namely Mean Squared Error, Mean Absolute Error and Mean Relative Error were used to evaluate the reliability (or the optimized γ values) of these two models.
本研究利用1993年－2006年间我国全产业与营造业两类职业灾害之职灾千人率、伤病千人率、残废千人率与死亡千人率等资料，应用非线性柏努力灰预测模型(Nonlinear Grey Bernoulli Model，NGBM)作为本研究方法之工具，有关NGBM其中参数γ值的最佳化选取，利用平均均方根误差(Root Mean Squared Error，RMSE)、平均绝对误差(Mean Absolute Error，MAE)、平均相对误差Mean Relative Error，MRE）等作为检验准则依据，最佳γ值的NGBM预测结果并与灰色模型(Grey Model，GM，γ=0进行比较。
