Results:Sixteen samples from 27 AML patients (59%) showed DNA methylation of DRD4 gene. Nine samples from 18 diagnostic chemosensitive patients (50%) and 7 samples from 9 refractory and relapse AML patients (78%) showed DNA methylation. But 9 normal bone marrow samples did not show any DNA methylation on DRD4 gene.
