Sex hormones in serum were determined with a radioimmunoassay kit. Results No significant difference was observed in the weight variation of female mice, but the weight of male mice of experimental group was significantly less than that of control group. The difference of the estrous cycle of female mice was not significant. No histopathological abnormality was observed in both groups. No significant difference was observed between the levels of biochemical indexes and sex hormones of the serum in the two groups.
