This research wants to correct the MFA framework in Taiwan and to update its data base, and taking the volume of garbage generated as a priority of discussion; applying the MFA and IOA to estimate the general industrial generated rate, and extending the sequential data of volume of general industrial and municipal solid waste to predict the situation of the waste generated in the future; finally to archive MFA and economic development indicators, to discuss the decoupling between the waste generated and national income.
本研究欲了解台湾地区物质流并更新其资料库，其中尤以废弃物之产出量为探讨重点；且应用物质流分析与投入产出分析，推估台湾地区产业部门之一般事业废弃物产出率；结合一般废弃物排放帐与国民所得，估算家户部门之垃圾产出率，并且延伸一般事业废弃物及家户垃圾产生量之时间序列资料，预测未来废弃物产出情形；最后汇整物质流分析与经济发展指标，探讨废弃物产出与国民所得之脱钩现象。
This paper may have several innovation as fallows:(1) it established a realistic and operable framework for evaluation of the information efficiency of commodity futures market; (2) it used OLS estimator with PCSE to study whether the futures price is the unbiased prediction to the spot price; (3) it used quantile regression method to analyze the spot and dynamic relationship between volume and return of futures market; (4) it studied the dynamic relationship between NFI and Chinese CPI for the first time in China.

The framework for urban rapid rail transport demand analysis is developed. The macroscopic strategic model, i. e. the stratified tactical traffic mode split model, is used to define the split rate for the cooperated and competitive urban public transport mode which consists of the rail transport mode, surface transit and bicycle paratransit. And then the OD matrix for the cooperated and competitive type is determined. The microscopic analysis model is applied, i. e. the combined method based traffic assignment model, is applied to analyze the rail network passenger volume indices like daily average passenger volume, unilateral largest sectional passenger volume in peak hour, and the transfer passenger volume, etc.

The paper analyzes the contents of expressing the incorporated tempo-spatial data and the traditional data organization methodologies based on analysis of the map duality and the traditional incorporated tempo-spatial data organization framework. On the basis of the mentioned above, the author designs the feature-based, integrated tempo-spatial data organization framework, which basis and precondition realized is to develop the feature-based and object-oriented integrated tempo-spatial data model. In addition, the framework must be built up based on the geographic tempo-spatial scale system in order to browse, query and analyze the large volume of spatial data with the different tempo-spatial scale.
