We measured the distance between the neck of bladder and the inferior edge of the pubic system, the length of the urethra, the angle of the urethra, et al in the sagittal plane and the thickness of the pubovisceral muscle, dimensions of the levator hiatus in the cross section and compared the parameters between the volunteers and patients with SUI.2.The second part:Assessment of the pelvic floor before and after TVT-O procedure.30 patients with SUI cured successfully by TVT-O participated in this study. They underwent transperineal 3D ultrasound twice before TVT-O procedure and 3 months later. We measured the distance between the neck of bladder and the inferior edge of the pubic system, the length of the urethra, the angle of the urethra et al in the sagittal plane and the thickness of the pubovisceral muscle, dimensions of the levator hiatus in the cross section and compared the parameters before and after TVT-O procedure.3.The third part:correlation between the position and mobility of the tape and the effectiveness and complication of TVT-O procedure.34 patients with SUI underwent TVT-O participated in this study. We scanned the pelvic floor at rest, on Valsalva and contration. We measured the distance between the middle of the tape and the inferior edge of the pubic system, the length of the urethra, the length of the urethra between the neck of bladder and the proximate tape, the width of the tape in the sagittal plane and the angle of the tape in the cross section. We identified the differences of the tape on Valsalva and contraction.
方法1、第一部分压力性尿失禁患者盆底改变与正常组的比较研究：正常对照组35例，压力性尿失禁或混合性尿失禁以压力性尿失禁为主的患者32例，应用经会阴三维超声技术，在静息、Valsalva和缩肛三种状态下对盆底进行容积扫描，进行三维多断面成像，在矢状面测量膀胱颈与耻骨联合下缘的距离、尿道长度、尿道近段长度和尿道角等相关参数，在横截面上测量盆膈裂孔大小和耻骨内脏肌厚度，应用独立样本t检验做组间比较。2、第二部分压力性尿失禁患者TVT-O手术前后盆底改变的比较研究：压力性尿失禁或混合性尿失禁以压力性尿失禁为主且接受TVT-O手术治疗且治愈的患者30例，分别于手术前和术后三个月在静息、Valsalva和缩肛三种状态下进行经会阴三维超声检查，应用三维多断面成像技术，在矢状面测量膀胱颈到耻骨联合下缘的距离、尿道长度、尿道近段长度和尿道角等相关参数，在横截面上测量盆膈裂孔大小和耻骨内脏肌厚度，观察患者TVT-O手术前后相关参数的变化，应用配对样本t检验做比较。3、第三部分TVT-O手术吊带位置、形态和术后疗效、并发症相关性的研究：压力性尿失禁或混合性尿失禁以压力性尿失禁为主接受TVT-O手术的患者34例，术后三个月应用经会阴三维超声检查，分别在静息、Valsalva和缩肛三种状态下对盆底进行容积扫描，应用三维多断面成像，在矢状面测量吊带中点与耻骨联合的距离、吊带近端与膀胱颈之间尿道长度、尿道的长度、吊带横截面的宽度，三维重建吊带，测量吊带成角，观察吊带活动，应用配对样本t检验比较不同状态下相关参数的变化情况。

Results The analysis revealed a significant correlation between squatting test markers, HRV time-domain marker(SDN7N), frequency-domain markers, ABPM markers (ASBP%, ADBP%) and cardiovascular reflex test markers(heart rate variability with deep respiration, valsalva ratio).Standing LF, SqTv, SqTs and A SBP%were correlated with change of systolic BP from supine to standing. all kinds of autonomic neuropathy markers were related to diabetes duration.
