There are over 40 research fellows, senior engineers, 3 senior and intermediate planners, 2 Great British royal chartered construction engineers, over 50 engineers who received certificates from the national registered architect, structure sections and many technicians specialized in urban planning, architecture, structure, upholstery, water supply and sewerage, electrical engineering, heating and aeration, municipal engineering, project survey, computer technique, real estate appraisal and engineering economics and management.
设计院现有各类专业技术人员一百多人，中高级专业技术人员占85%以上，其中研究员、教授级高工、高级工程师40多名；高级规划师、规划师3名；英国皇家特许建造师2名；具有建筑、结构等各类专业国家注册工程师50多名；聚集了一大批在城市规划、建筑、结构、室内装潢、给排水、电气、采暖通风、市政工程、工程测量、计算机技术、房地产评估、工程经济管理等方面的专业技术人才。
They are contradiction between environmental protection and economy development, contradiction between shortage of water resources and rapid urban growth, contradiction between land use and investment on infrastructure and contradiction between the urban standardized model and characteristic. Second, this dissertation studies the crucial problem of urban growth management from the aspects of spatial distribution, urban economy density and urban pattern. It also studies the urban growth management interest groups and their roles, missions and responsibilities from the aspects of government, community organization and urban residents. In addition, this dissertation puts forward the performance index system of Urban Growth Management through the research on ecosystem, performance of economy and modernization degree.
