This research offers several results.(1) Males'perceived behavioral control variable is higher than for females.(2) Students 26 to 30 years old have higher attitude toward the behavior than students 15 to 20 years old.(3) Bachelor`s students have a higher subjective norm than diploma students.(4) The fit indices of the structural model for the full sample were within an acceptable range:χ 2/df = 1.53 (χ 2 = 128.38, df = 84 GFI =.94; AGFI=.91; SRMR =.06; NFI=.67; IFI=.86; TLI=.81; RMSEA =.04. Thus, attitude, subjective norm, and the perceived behavioral control variable have a relationship to students'behavioral intention, and attitude toward the behavior and perceived behavioral control can predict the intention to use innovative IT for learning for TU Ilmenau students.(5) Most students have positive attitudes toward using innovative IT in their instruction, and believe that university instructors and students should be trained on integrating innovative IT in instruction.
研究发现如下五点：(1)男大学生的知觉行为控制比女大学生高且达显著；(2) 26-30岁阶段学生行为态度显著高於15-20岁阶段的学生；(3)大学学位的学生的主观规范显著高於diploma文凭学位学生；(4)结构方程模式验证计划行为理论达到适配，此模式验证知觉行为控制与行为意向间彼此存在有相关，并透过回归分析得知觉行为控制与态度较能准确预测行为意图；(5)大多数学生对创新资讯科技整合在教学上抱持著正面态度，并建议大学师生应该接受创新资讯科技在教与学上的教育训练。
