宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈病变455例临。。。宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈病变56例随访。。。高危型宫颈上皮内瘤变行宫颈锥切术51。。。宫颈管内放置米索前列醇软化扩张宫颈。。。电子阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断宫颈病变的。。。目的对比tct法与塑料刷取样涂片法在宫颈病变筛查中的作用，以期找到适用于基层医院宫颈癌早期筛查的方法。方法 2006年11月至2007年10月，对在武汉市江岸区妇幼保健所进行妇科普查的妇女分别以液基细胞检查法(844例)和塑料刷取样涂片法(1 000例)结合tbs分级系统进行宫颈病变的检测。结果 tct法、塑料刷取样涂片法制片的标本满意度分别为96.68%、94.20%，两组结果差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。接受度方面，家庭月收入在1 000元以下者，对塑料刷采样涂片法的接受程度明显大于tct法。结论 tct法与塑料刷取样涂片法应用于宫颈病变的筛查敏感性、特异性均高，但塑料刷取样涂片法操作简单，费用较低，适用于基层医院。
