The ultrasonographic imaging of the unruptured early EP can be divided into type I slight swell, type II gestational sac and type III mass. Especially, type I is difficult to be diagnosed by ultrasonophy as the clear cystic no-echo area has not been formed and its small-size in the adnexal area with a diameter equal to or less than 1.5cm.
