Results All the 5 eel1 lines were hypotriploid and showed a modal number of 58 for PC1, 56 for PC2, 61 for PC3, 53 for PC4 and 54 for PC7 with different proportion of complex chromosome rearrangements including dicentric chromosomes, double-minute chromosomes, ring chromosomes, acentric fragments or complex chromosome translocation, etc.
结果 5株胰腺癌细胞系均为以亚三体为主的核型；染色体众数目分别为PC1：58，PC2：56，PC3：61，PC4：53，PC7：54；各细胞系中可见不同比例的双着丝粒染色体、双微体、环状染色体、无着丝粒染色体片段或复杂易位等多种畸变。

The cytogenetics of interspecific hybrids among the four cultivated cotton species were studied in this paper and results are as follows: The diploid interspecific hybrid (G. arboreum×G. herbacium) F〓 had a four-chromosome-ring at the meiotic metakinesis.
