METHODS: Different histological tumor cells were treated with vehicle, proteasome inhibitor MG132, tunicamycin RNA interference perfomed with transfection of cells with scramble siRNA, specific siRNA against BAG3 (siBAG3), or site-directed mutated siRNA against BAG3 (simutBAG3).
