It, through creating and perfecting law-enforcement management mechanism in the whole city, such as comprehensive law enforcement, quick response, prevention and control of the masses, reward for reporting, track and supervision of cases, etc., successively tracked down 12 major cases of illegal audiovisual products; hunted down such illegal audiovisual products as Huilan Yoga, Midwinter, and Fangfang Tulip; investigated and solved illegal business activities of some products including New chapter of Village Head Wang, No Spy can be Hidden; took stern measures against illegal products, smuggling and copying activities of the film Rivers and Lakes.
2004年，成都市文化局继续将音像市场大要案的查处作为工作重点，通过进一步创立和完善全市综合执法、快速反应、群防群控、举报奖励、案件追踪督查等执法管理机制，相继查获了12件非法音像制品大案，查缴了《蕙兰瑜伽功》、《冬至》、《芳芳郁金香》等违法音像制品，查处了《王保长新篇》、《天不藏奸》等违法音像制品经营活动，严厉打击了电影《江湖》违法音像制品和走私拷贝经营活动。
