It could measure the intensity, spectrum and kinetics of photonemission from biological samples in the wavelength range of 200-900 nm. Liquid nitrogen was used to cool photo-multiplier, whith reduced the noise down to 40 cps.
PL spectrum of LN nanorods showed novel properties. The intensity and position of emission peak were chaged with different the laser excitation wavelengthes. A strong emission bands at 390 nm under photon excitation of 240 nm was observed.
