The author investigate the situation of occupational injury insurance in China, and on this basis analyze the existing problems with differential rate; compare and analyze traditional evaluation indexes and methods, understand its limitation; analyze the feasibility of fuzzy cluster theory in the classification of industry insurance risks; according to the theory of occupational injury and Chinese practical condition, fix on the evaluation indexes of classification of industry insurance risks; class industry insurance risks with fuzzy cluster theory.
本文在调查了我国工伤保险现状的基础上，分析了其差别费率方面存在的问题；对传统的工伤事故风险评价指标和方法进行了汇总比较和分析，明晰了其局限性；针对工伤事故行业风险的模糊性，分析了模糊聚类在工伤事故行业风险分级的可行性；根据工伤事故致因理论，并结合我国实际情况，确定了行业工伤风险分级评价指标；根据近几年行业工伤事故的统计运用聚类分析技术，对不同的行业进行聚类分级。
