Based on TEL method, the series resistance, the upper limit of step function, and the lower limit of step function were regarded as operational factors in novel measurement approach. An OLED with structure of glass/ITO/CuPc/NPB/Alq3:DCJTB%Rubrene%/Alq3/LiF/Al was used for experimental verification. The measured carrier mobility obtained by data fitting were 1.30×10-4 (cm2/V·s)、1.56×10-4 (cm2/V·s)、1.49×10-4 (cm2/V·s) respectively.
新量测法以TEL技术为基础，分别改变串联电阻、施加方波电压上限、施加方波电压下限为实验上三项操作变因以量测小分子红光元件(glass/ITO/CuPc/NPB/Alq3：DCJTB%Rubrene%/Alq3/LiF/Al)，分析其量测结果并与理论方程式fitting找出载子漂移率值，所测得之载子漂移率分别为1.30×10-4 (cm2/V·s)、1.56×10-4 (cm2/V·s)、1.49×10-4 (cm2/V·s)。

Impedance spectroscopy measurements showed that the device can be modeled by an equivalent parallel RC network with a contact resistance RS in series, in which the bulk capacitance C of NPB remains unchanged while the resistance R decreases along with bias voltage.

A Quinacridone sub-monolayer was inserted in the Electron transporting layer of Organic Light-emitting Devices, which was used as a probe for excitons'formation and diffusion.
