In Part three, the major problems with our current old-age security system are pointed out, including seven aspects: empty account operation for personal accounts; high substitute ratio of public pension; low retiring age; poor pension management; single channel investment; deficiency of old-age fund supervision; and imperfect legal system for pension insurance.
