Methods 61 patients (age≥65) were scheduled for anesthesia by middle epidural blockade. After the test doses of initiative dose, the fractionation dose was calculated with the equation of correlation for the dose per nerve section to the last dose. The expected data and the measurements were compared and statistically analyzed.
≥65岁的中位硬膜外阻滞患者61例，在初量中的试验量后用药量依据前次阻滞每个神经节段需药量的相关方程计算得到，对比其相对应时点的预计与实际值，进行统计分析。
Bacillus atrophaeus spores strips were treated with chlorine dioxide gas which was aerosolized by ultrasonic nebulizer from chlorine dioxide solution and introduced into test chamber at different concentrations in different time to determine the inactivated rate using enumeration and fractionation analysis of tryptic soy broth and tryptic soy agar. The exposure dose was calculated by Harber`s rule based on chlorine dioxide gas concentration which was measured by detector tubes and total exposure time to establish D-value from inactivation curve. It was found that the half life of chlorine dioxide gas was less than 5 hr (300 min) at 20~25 ℃ under 90~95% relative humidity.
首先，利用市售的二氧化氯溶液经活化后加以稀释并配制不同的浓度，再以超音波雾化器进行喷雾汽化后输送进入暴露舱内，利用气体检知管进行空气采样分析以了解其浓度之时间变化情形，接著再利用经过高温灭菌处理的棉线将含有枯草杆菌孢子的生物指示孢菌片以固定间隔串接并均匀分散在舱内熏蒸消毒不同时间后取出放入TSB培养液中观察是否呈现浑浊的阳性反应率，之后再以无菌稀释液进行十倍数逐步稀释后以表面涂抹法完成二重覆样本培养计数分析。

To collect forty-five NSCLC patiens that correspond to our qualification. All the object were treated by LCEHART radiated by 6MV/15MV X-ray, antero-three weeks adopted normal radiotherapy 2GY/F/d, the dose of the large radiation field reached 30GY/15F/3W then adopted LCEHART, the fractionation dose of the forth week, the fifth week and the sixth week was, 1.3GY/F/Bid, 1.4GY/F/Bid, 1.5GY/F/Bid, the interval was six to eight hours, the total dose reached 72GY/45F/6W, and the dose of chorda spinalis was restricted below 40GY.
收集符合入组条件的NSCLC43例，采用后程逐量加速超分割放射治疗(NSCLC：采用6MV/15MV的X线照射，前3周为常规照射2GY/F/d，总剂量30GY/15F/3W即开始后程逐量加速超分割放疗，第4，5，6周每周分次照射剂量分别为1.3GY，1.4GY，1.5GY，每天2次照射，间隔6-8小时，均为每周5天，总剂量72GY/45F/6W，脊髓剂量限制在40GY以下)同步两周期化疗(NP方案：盖诺25mg/m2 ，静滴d1、d8，顺铂25mg/m2，静滴d1-3，同时水化、利尿、止吐)。
17 patients in group B received a dose of 36 Gy with conventional fractionation and then 30~36Gy with 15Gy/fraction, 2 times per day.
