Due to the limit of measuring condition such as the fixing position and the configuration and dimensions of the pipes near the fan, test condition can not meet the standard measuring requirement of the cooling fan, so the results must be corrected by test under the same condition ofpipes. The investigation on measuring the cooling fan flow of the 270 km/h high-speed train was performed using total pressure method in this article. The relationship between the total pressure of the fan and its flow was obtained by the ground-standardizing test.
