The areas under curve of the individual ionophores extract from feed were linearly when the concentration of DNPH was set at 3 mg/mL. The retention time of lasalocid, monensin, and salinomycin were 7.38 ± 0.13、10.68 ± 0.17 and 17.67 ± 0.32 minutes, respectively.
