Resonance light scattering spectrum of cadmium- phenanthorline- bromophenol blue system has been studied. The effects of interference substances and optimization of procedure have been investigated. In the presence of Tris-HCl(pH=9.60), Cd2+ reacts with Phen to form the chelate cation, which further reacts with acid dye of BPB to form an ion-associated complex. Then, the complex molecules are accumulated to particles by virtue of hydrophobic forces and other molecular forces. This results in significant enhancement of RLS intensity, and the enhanced intensity of RLS at 638nm is proportional to the concentration of Cd~(2+).

Methods: Fifty cases of Lymph nodes with reactive hyperplasia and fifty cases of centroblastic lymphoma were selected for HE staining and immunohistochemistry staining（the expression of CD3 and CD20 antigens were examined in lymph nodes with reactive hyperplasia, and that of CD3, CD43, CD20, CD79α, Bcl-6 antigens were examined in centroblastic lymphoma）. The typical cells were segmented, extracted and measured by image analysis system to establish morphological parameter database of nucleus of mantle cells, follicular centrocytes, follicular centroblastic and centroblastic lymphoma cells. The parameters were screened by stepwise statistics to establish between-group discriminant parameters and construct parameter database.
