The formula that is concluded from Gaussian diffuse model calculates the area and the period of damage caused by the volatile gas in the accident of the chemicals in bulk. Lastly, programs on emergency methods to be taken in the accidents are put forward based on the results of urgency plan of oil pollution in port.
