Especially, so many influencing factors exist and difficulty of design is very hard on well structure design. Associated with the geological character and drilling difficulties, some advice on the optimization of highly deviated well in Puguang gas field were given through the downhole friction analysis, technical limitation of geosteering technology, borehole survey environment, casing's wear and tear, trajectory control technology, well completion capacity, and so on. For three-part structure, more friction made the slide drilling difficult when well path control, which can be solved by various bottom hole assembly, drilling parameters and combination drilling. Many technical measures should be taken for long barefoot interval, complex underground situation and potential safety hazard. The well structure should be designed according to the specific geologic features in northeast of Sichuan province, especially the choose of the barefoot interval. The well structure of double alloy casing should not be applied for its technical risk can't be avoided.
结合川东北普光气田的地质特点和钻井难点，从工程实际和采气安全出发，通过井下摩阻分析、地质导向技术、井下测量环境、套管磨损预测方法、井眼轨迹控制技术、完井作业能力等方面的研讨、分析，得出了以下结论：三开井身结构的井眼轨迹控制遇到井下磨阻过大、难以实施滑动钻进等问题，可通过使用不同底部钻具组合、钻井参数和复合钻进方式来解决；对于三开井身结构裸眼井段较长，井下情况复杂，存在安全隐患的问题，则需做好各种技术保障措施；三开井身结构设计需根据川东北地区特有的地质特点进行具体分析，有针对性地进行井身结构设计，应特别注意长裸眼井段的选择；考虑到双防合金套管的四开结构存在无法规避的技术风险，建议最好不予采用。
