DLA-EIAV can be served as the animal model for studying on human immunodeficiency virus. The vaccine was developed in two stages. A carefully selected field isolate, EIAV LN, was passaged 133 times in vivo in donkeys to generate the highly virulent and pathogenic strain D510, which kills animals within a few weeks. D510 went through 135 passages in vitro to obtain vaccine strains DLV. In order to investigate the molecular mechanism of the attenuation and protection of donkey leukocyte attenuated equine infectious anemia virus, we investigated the evolution of LTR of 24 out of 110 passages during Chinese EIAV attenuation.

Furtherly the formula of the net hydrodynamic hoist load has been put forward by theoretic analysis, and the calculation results has been proved to be agreed well with the experimental results. Meanwhile, the factors affecting the net hydrodynamic hoist load and their changing laws have been further studied. The further research direction is also been pointed out.

This study will aim at safe passage of oncoming straight and left-turn vehicles for at-grade signalized intersections. So, this study will be based on row`s theory, theory of traffic conflicts, and take many factors into consideration, such as the width of the intersections, types of the intersections, center of the intersections, the size of the vehicles, the location of the vehicles, the radius of turn, paths of operation, the speed of the vehicles, the types of collisions, the angle of road, and also deduce formulas of coordinate of paths. The main method used in this research is the simulation of different situations. By the method, the analytic model of safe passage of oncoming straight and left-turn vehicles for at-grade signalized intersections will be established, and this study will also subsume critical speed of conflict and expected number of times of safe passage. Finally involved rules of safe passage will be proffered.

For further studying of dynamic chewing forces, we developed a new system of PVDF-based, which could be used in natural teeth as well as dentures. The biological security, including thrill, cell toxicity, hypersusceptibility and hemolysis characteristics, were also examined. Then, we evaluated the chewing forces during three basal functional movements-tapping, biting and laterotrusion, using the new instrument.
