All the data of object and frequency about aggressive and submissive behavior between Macaca assamensis in a breeding cage were calculated with the method of dominance index to judge ranking structure among them.

(1) 18S rRNA presented in ovaries and immature oocytes in mus musculus, and expression of 18S rRNA was higher in M I stage than that in GV in oocytes, which showed that oocytes need protein synthesis in its development and its maturation should be associated with 18S rRNA expression.(2) The sequenced results were in complete accordance with the conservative sequence of 18S rRNA in Genbank, which suggested the conservative sequence of 18S rRNA to be little different.(3) Phylogentic analyses showed that mus musculus be nearest to cricetulus griseus, nearer to sus scrofa and rabbit and be most far away from macaca fascicularis.(4) Based on the conservative sequence of 18S rRNA, an oligonucleotide fragment for RNAi was designed and synthesized, the corresponding RNAi vector was designed and constructed, which provide a basic for further studies on function of 18S rRNA and its roles in oocytes maturation and early embryonic development.
结论①小鼠18S rRNA在卵巢及未成熟卵母细胞中均有表达，且在MⅠ期的卵母细胞中表达明显强于GV期的卵母细胞，提示小鼠MⅠ期之后的卵母细胞发育需要蛋白质的合成，卵母细胞的成熟可能与核糖体18S基因表达有关；②质粒测序结果与基因库序列两两比对显示：小鼠18S rRNA基因保守区变异小，在进化上是非常保守的；③14种生物分子进化树分析结果反映了小鼠18S rRNA基因与中国仓鼠进化关系最近，与兔子、猪进化关系相对较近，与食蟹猴进化关系最远；④根据18S rRNA保守区序列设计干扰寡核苷酸片段，并成功构建了小鼠18S基因RNA干扰载体，为探讨小鼠18S rRNA的相关功能及其与卵母细胞的成熟、早期胚胎发育之间的关系奠定基础。
