By the analyses of chemico-physical properties, MS, UV, IR and NMR etc. spectra, the structures of three compounds were elucidated and were identical with those of Daidzein, N-acetyltyramine and soyasapogenol B respectively. In bioactivities, Ⅲ and Ⅳ showed less inhibitory activity on cholesterol synthetic enzymes in vitro, but Ⅱ exhibited good inhibitory activity, and all have not antibacterial activities. More over, in the concentration of 0.5mM-5mM, three compounds all have inhibitory activities on thrombin 〓 factor and inhibitory activity on nematode under 10mM.
