Adsorption of Direct Dark Brown M and Acid Mordant Brown RH dyes in water by dried activated sludge, pyrolysis activated sludge and modified activated sludge, which made from the material of discarded activated sludge of municipal wastewater treatment plant, was studied.

The adsorption of dye acid mordant brown RH followed both the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models.
酸性媒介棕RH的吸附既符合Freundlich方程，也可用Langmuir吸附等温方程描述。
The absorption equilibrium capacities qe in the experimental dye concentration of 50 mg/g were in the range of direct dark brown M 14.3～16.0 mg/g, acid mordant brown RH 7.2～9.6 mg/g, reactive light yellow KD 3G 16.5～19.2 mg/g respectively.
上述温度范围内，当染料质量浓度为50 mg/ L时，活性嫩黄 KD- 3G、直接深棕 M和酸性媒介棕 RH的平衡吸附量分别为 1 6.5～ 1 9.2 mg/ g、1 4 。3～ 1 6.0 mg/ g、7.2～ 9.6 mg/g。
