Methods: The level of serum myocardial enzyme including CK, CK-MB, AST, LDH and HBDH were measured by Htachi 7080 biochemical automatic analyzer, the urine fluorin by ICE in 25 cases of patients with AFAP from the first to tenth days while admitted in hospital. Results: The levels of serum myocardial enzyme in patients with AFAP were significantly higher than those in controls.
